Claims
WiseAPPEARANCE or WiseCARE claims need to be made immediately. A claim needs to be filed in order to authorize the service or repair. A claims adjuster needs to be contacted who will provide the necessary support for the claim to be processed.

Cancellations
Dealers may cancel a WiseAPPEARANCE or WiseCARE contract by downloading and completing the cancellation form, obtaining the customer’s signature, and submitting the final form to Wise F&I via email, fax, or mail. ONWise users may obtain an online cancellation quote through our contract administration platform.
