The U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and Treasury have been seeking to improve transparency in the cost of health services. Federal actions in the past few years have led to new federal rules and regulations for health systems, benefit administrators, and health plan sponsors.

The most urgent rule is The Transparency in Coverage Rule which requires insurance carriers (for fully-insured health plans) and employers (for self-insured plans) to post information about the cost to participants, beneficiaries, and enrollees for in-network and out-of-network healthcare services through machine-readable files (MRF) on our public website.

Based on this new rule, please find below the link to those machine-readable files for our current healthcare provider. These files are being provided pursuant to the requirements of the Health Plan Transparency in Coverage Rule, and the data therein is intended solely for that purpose.
