NOTICE 056: All Wise F&I Forms Remain Compliant Under The SB 776 California CARS Act

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to provide a quick update regarding recent changes to California requirements affecting certain automotive F&I forms and marketing materials. This is in direct reference to SB 776 California Combating Auto Retail Scams (CARS) Act.
Wise F&I can confirm that our current California-specific forms are compliant with the new California requirements. There are no changes needed to the forms currently being used by Wise F&I in California.
