GAP Waive may be Sold in Nevada
Nevada Senate Bill 253 was recently signed by the Governor and becomes effective January 1, 2016.
This bill states that certain provisions governing insurance are not applicable to Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP); and as a result, GAP Waiver will be allowed to be offered in Nevada beginning January 1, 2016.
