New Administrative Code for Motor Vehicle Service Contracts. Iowa Insurance Division has adopted a new Administrative Code Chapter 104 “Motor Vehicle Service Contracts” which the Insurance Division intends to go into effect November 2, 2016. Please review the Administrative Code
