NOTICE 051: Updated GAP Forms for use with Ford Credit

As a heads up, Ford Credit revised its “Add-On Product Guidelines” for GAP Waiver products, requiring updates to the existing GAP forms used specifically with Ford Credit. Wise F&I has completed the necessary form updates, received all required approvals from Ford Credit and deployed the new Ford-specific GAP forms in our system. As a result of this form update, please note the following:
• No Rate Changes: Your dealer’s existing GAP rates will remain the same.
• eContracting: If your dealer uses eContracting, the revised form will be automatically utilized beginning September 1, 2025.
• Effective Date: The new GAP Waiver forms must be used beginning September 1, 2025. Financial Gap Administrator LLC will not accept any GAP Waiver forms written on the current/older form with an effective date after 9/1/2025.
What You or your Dealer Needs to Do:
- If using eContracting: No action is needed; the system will update automatically.
- If using paper forms:
o Replace the current forms with the new ones you will receive via USPS.
o Alternatively, contact Wise F&I Client Services to switch to eContracting.
o Destroy all old paper forms on or after September 1, 2025. - As the authorized Wise F&I Agent, please coordinate with your Ford Dealer clients regarding this update.
