With WiseTVP or WiseMVP coverage, when a breakdown occurs, a claim needs to be filed in order to authorize the service or repair. A claims adjuster needs to be contacted who will provide the necessary support for the claim to be processed.

Cancellations
To cancel a WiseTVP or WiseMVP contract, download and complete the cancellation form, include the consumer’s signature, and submit the final form via email, fax, or mail. ONWise users may obtain an online cancellation quote through our contract administration platform.
