Customers and dealers may start or review a WiseCARE claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the dedicated website. You may also call 888-205-0200 during regular business hours.
Cancellations
Dealers may cancel a WiseCARE contract by downloading and completing the cancellation form, obtaining the customer’s signature, and submitting the final form to Wise F&I via email, fax, or mail. ONWise users may obtain an online cancellation quote through our contract administration platform.
